I work primarily with nonprofit and social-impact leaders who know something isn't working and are ready to do something about it.

My clients are executive directors, board chairs, people leaders, and program managers navigating real pressure: founder transitions, flat funding, disengaged teams, strategies that look good on paper but aren't moving. They don't always have the language for what's wrong. They just know the system around their work isn't supporting it.

They come to me for organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and learning strategy — and they stay because the work is diagnostic, practical, and built for their real conditions, not ideal ones.

My fee varies depending on the specific service, the scope of work, the number of people involved, and the length of the engagement.

During our initial consultations, we’ll discuss the challenges in detail and I'll propose options to ensure the pricing aligns with your needs and expectations. I prioritize transparency and clear communication, so if any changes arise along the way, we’ll review them together and determine the best path forward.

My expertise sits at the intersection of organizational effectiveness, learning strategy, and leadership development; with 25+ years of experience spanning global firms (Citigroup, PwC, Morgan Stanley) and nonprofit consulting.

I am a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™), certified in DISC & Motivators, and trained in design thinking and systems thinking. My edge is range: I've held seats across operations, HR, L&D, marketing, and client-facing work, which means I don't just diagnose the people problem — I can see the system around it.

I work with leaders to assess current state, co-design interventions that address root causes, and build the internal capacity to sustain change long after the engagement ends.

Diagnostic first, collaborative always. I start by mapping what's actually happening, not what people assume is happening, before recommending anything. That means listening deeply, asking uncomfortable questions, and following the root cause rather than treating symptoms.

I bring both structure and heart to the work. I believe the best solutions are co-created with the people who have to live them. And I believe serious work doesn't have to be joyless. Humor and humanity make hard change more sustainable, not less rigorous.

What should I consider before engaging you as a consultant?

You're ready to look honestly at the current state. The work starts with a clear-eyed assessment of what's not working and why. That requires openness, not defensiveness.
You're ready to invest — in time, not just money. Meaningful change takes both. The engagements that deliver results are the ones where leaders show up, engage, and do the work alongside me.
You're ready to address root causes, not just symptoms. If you're looking for a quick fix or a training that checks a box, I'm not the right fit. If you're ready to understand why the problem keeps coming back, that's where we start.
You're prepared to stay the course. Organizational change doesn't happen in a workshop. It happens in the weeks and months after, when new habits and systems are tested against real conditions. The leaders who get results are the ones who commit to the full arc.
You're open to unlearning. Some of what's blocking progress is a habit, assumption, or way of working that made sense once but no longer serves the mission. The willingness to let go of that is where real growth begins.
